Business Insurance Done Easy!
Every business requires insurance to shield it from claims and property damage costs. Without this sort of insurance, you could wind up paying for all the payments out of pocket for the resulting damages. For example, you could easily rack up debt if there are any legal cases against your business.
Since there are different kinds of business insurance, owners must know which ones to get. A business owner should pick a policy that is suitable for their business. This type of policy combines coverage for property, liability, and income.
Entrepreneurs and small business owners can also benefit from workers’ compensation coverage. This sort of financial-related help is given to employees if they encounter an accident or sickness due to work. For example, if you have a worker who has a back injury due to lifting an overwhelming bit of gear, this insurance will take care of the medical expense of the worker.
Another type of insurance you may require as an entrepreneur is Employer Practice Liability Insurance. It gives security in case some workers are expelled from their job even though they are not to blame.
Saberlines Insurance has partnered with Top Rated Insurance Companies to offer Commercial Insurance products in CA, NV, AZ, and TX.
At Saberlines, we focus on providing excellent services and products. We specialize in small to medium-sized organizations with low to moderate-risk exposures.
While an ever-increasing number of organizations have started to understand the significance of protection for their organization, numerous proprietors are not keen to pay for it. At some point, you are not required to have insurance coverage. However, setting it up can ensure you are protected in critical circumstances.
Luckily, there are a lot of alternatives that are accessible. Most states have a specific measure of insurance required, such as workers’ compensation. This type of coverage is a necessity.
Though unfortunate events can occur, including theft, lost wages of your staff members, and injured laborers, you will most likely be unable to pay them out of your pocket. In such a situation, Insurance for your business turns out to be critical.

General Liability For Contractors
General Liability is the basic minimum required insurance for contractors. We can bundle general liability coverage, including commercial property, with other insurance products when required. We offer a BOP (Business Owner Policy) that will offer more coverage at a lower premium than obtaining separate policies. Not all businesses qualify for a BOP because it depends on gross revenue and the number of employees. Depending on the contractor’s specialty and the size of the projects, some contractors’ classes may not fit a BOP policy. Specialty work like electrical, excavation, plumbing, or landscaping requires different limits and endorsements. A general contractor requires higher limits and broader coverage. We can customize commercial insurance solutions to help meet your exact needs.

General Liability
General liability insurance protects businesses covering liability in case of legal action. Unexpected bodily injury or property damage can start legal action against a contractor, in which contractual workers can create claims against their employees. Business liability insurance can shield the contractor against claims such as protection against bodily Injuries like slip and fall, property damage to a customer's floor or wall, furniture damage during remodeling, libel (written), slander(spoken), defamation, and copyright infringement.

Garage Insurance: Auto Dealer, Auto Repair Shops
Garage Insurance is for: auto sales, auto service and repair, paint shops, body shops, sale and installation of auto parts or accessories, public auto parking or auto storage, mobile homes or Rv’s dealers, commercial trailer dealers, and towing businesses.
A Garage Insurance policy is designed to insure auto dealers, auto repair, and service shops and offers a combination of liability coverages for the vehicles and premises. This liability coverage is similar to general commercial liability. Whereas this prevents gaps in coverage between auto and non-auto incidents, the garage policy comes in two parts; one for the auto liability risk and the other for the garage premises liability. This type of insurance is different from other business insurance because both auto liability and general liability claims could be triggered at the same time and could overlap.
Auto dealers service and repair new or used autos, trucks, motorcycles, and recreational vehicles. Meanwhile, franchised dealers normally sell new vehicles and deal directly with manufacturers. Moreover, they will offer after-sales service to their clients and handle parts recalled by the manufacturers. Franchised dealers may sell used vehicles, including trade-ins from new car sales. Used car dealers don’t usually offer after sale-service or handle recalls or other manufacturer’s issues.
Other garage businesses include auto service, repair, paint shops, body shops, sale and installation of auto parts or accessories, public auto parking or auto storage, mobile homes or Rv’s dealers, commercial trailer dealers, and towing businesses.

The Garage Insurance policy will provide liability coverage for the use, maintenance, and ownership of an auto, and liability for the non-auto operation, including premises operations, written contracts, the product used or sold, use of independent contractors, and garage completed operation.
Auto dealer physical damage provides coverage for loss to dealer-owned vehicles and vehicles in possession on consignment for sale, sometimes referred to as dealer open lot coverage. This insures the vehicles against collision damage, comprehensive loss, or specified causes of loss like fire or vandalism.
Auto service shops can buy garage keepers coverage for the loss of vehicles left in their care at the auto service shops. Physical damage is called “Garage keepers’ insurance,” as vehicles are kept in the care and custody of the shop. Coverage is usually against collision damage, with either comprehensive or specified causes of loss. The latter costs less in premium as it protects against limited loss causes. Garage keeper’s coverage can be limited if it applies only when the insured is legally liable, or it can apply regardless as indirect garage keeper’s liability.
Other coverage available under the garage Insurance policy includes uninsured motorists, medical payments, personal injury and advertisement injury, loss of income, building, and contents.
Those insured will include garage owners, partners, officers active in the garage operation, salespersons, general managers, and any employee whose duty involves the operation of a covered auto.
