Claim Process

Step 1

Customer report a claim by phone or email, some claims are reported directly to the insurance carrier, we’ll provide the correct process, customer must report full details about the loss.

Step 2

After we collect all details of the claim, insurance carrier is notified, then a claim representative will call the customer to schedule an inspection.

Step 3

After the inspection is complete, an estimate report of​ repairs will be prepared, insurance carrier can arrange the repairs through an approved facility.

Step 4

The customer can choose the repair facility of his own, but no guaranty of repairs will be provided, unless repairs are done by an approved facility.
